The application activation code is a digital product, as it is a digital service (SAAS software as service), due to its technical characteristics, after activation or sending the license code, it is not possible to cancel and/or withdrawal from purchase.
The application has a period of 7 days to be tested for free, so only acquire the license after knowing and evaluating all the functionalities.
Can I get a refund after purchasing an activation or license?
Yes, but ONLY if your application or program HAS NOT yet been activated, or the license code has already been delivered.
The refund request must be made within a maximum of 7 days after purchase and will be carried out according to the processing period of the payment method used at the time of purchase, credit card payments must wait for the process carried out by the administrator of the card.
If the application or software license activation process has been completed, then it can no longer be refunded.
It is worth remembering that, after the use license has been activated with the keys that were sent, the use is your sole responsibility.
Our website and the application developer are not responsible for the misuse or unauthorized use of the application.
Note that, in cases of failure, reinstallation, removal, defects, attempted transfers or license sharing between devices, it is the sole responsibility of the user, and cannot be refunded.
